1. How can investors participate in presales? #

Once the presale begins, eligible users can pay the designated fundraising tokens to participate in the presale.

Enter the payment amount and click the Buy button to participate.

2. How can investors request a refund?? #

Investors can request an emergency refund at any time before the presale is finished. Simply click on the Emergency evacuation button to initiate the process.

Before the presale is canceled, a partial handling fee will be charged for refunds. After cancellation, refunds can be made without handling fees.

3. Finalize Launchpad #

Once the presale reaches its soft cap, the project team can end the presale at any time by clicking the Finish Presale button in the Admin Panel.

Frequently Asked Questions

If an error message TransferFrom::Failed appears when ending the presale, please check if there is a transaction tax rate for the token. If there is, please add the presale address to the whitelist for the tax rate, so that the tax rate for the transaction is 0%.

4. How can investors claim their tokens? #

After the end of the presale, the quantity of tokens available for collection will be displayed on the presale details page. Investors can manually claim their tokens.

Click on the Claim button to receive your presale tokens.
